Our studio offers dynamic classes that are customized to suit individual skill levels.
This class combines the use of the Reformer, Jumpboard, Tower, EXO Chair and Pilates Matwork at the choice of the instructor. Expect to work on 2-3 different pieces of apparatus in each class.
Previous experience is required. Confirm your level with instructor before booking.
Previous regular Pilates experience is required. Not appropriate for clients with injuries.
The Chair is an intermediate piece of equipment. It tones the entire body from head to toe and improves balance by challenging the muscles with bodyweight, coordination and spring resistance. Expect both seated and standing work.
In this class we work with the Tower, a vertical frame instead of the sliding carriage. Here, we combine strength, flexibility, and body awareness through a wide range of exercises. Work deep into your core while targeting both upper and lower body.
Previous experience is required.
This class emphasizes fluidity of movement. It involves a series of exercises that flow smoothly from one to the next, promoting mind-body connection, balance and coordination. Classical Pilates with a twist!

For safety and hygiene purposes, CADiLab Pilates requires that you wear a pair of grip socks while using our equipment. For your convenience and if needed, we have socks available for purchase in the studio as well.
