In this class we work with the Tower, a vertical frame instead of the sliding carriage. Here, we combine strength, flexibility, and body awareness through a wide range of exercises. Work deep into your core while targeting both upper and lower body.

Intense workout, this is our CADi Tower class for intermediate and advanced students.

CADi Flow class emphasizes fluidity of movement. It involves a series of exercises that flow smoothly from one to the next, promoting mind-body connection, balance and coordination.

Classical Pilates with a twist! This is our CADi Flow class for intermediate and advanced students.

CADi Jump is an invigorating and dynamic pilates-inspired cardio class that combines high-intensity movements with core strengthening exercises to boost endurance and elevate your heart rate.

For safety and hygiene purposes, CADiLab Pilates requires that you wear a pair of grip socks while using our equipment. For your convenience and if needed, we have socks available for purchase in the studio as well.
