Most of our class memberships are set for auto renew and do not roll over. If you wish to cancel a subscription, please provide thirty (30) day’s advance notice to avoid any charges.
We understand life can be busy, if you need to cancel a scheduled class, please contact us and provide 24-hour advanced notice to reserve that class for later use. Failure to cancel a scheduled class within 24-hour notice will result in the loss of that class credit. If you fail to cancel, a no-show fee of $15.00 will be applied.
If you need to cancel a scheduled Private Session, please contact us to provide 24-hour advanced notice to reserve that Private session for later use. Failure to cancel a scheduled Private Session within 24 hour-notice will result in the loss of that Private Session credit.
Please arrive five minutes before class. CADiLab Pilates has plenty of free parking on site.
